Substantial, sound, solidly and scientifically constructed, in
complete sections of 3x2" well seasoned deal framing,
studded with 2' centres, covered outside with ^" T. & G,
Matching, 1" re-bated featheredge, asbestos or galvanised
corrugated iron, whichever preferred. Partitions, as above,
covered both sides asbestos, matching or plywood.

Framed of 3x2 n joists, centred 16" apart, covered with
best planed T. & G. Flooring.

Of 3x2" rafters, or 4x2" principals and 3x2" purlins
covered well seasoned T. & G. Matching, and in addition
with well finished bitumen roofing felt.

All doors are panelled in our bungalows, and fitted with best
locks, keys, handles and finger plates.

Are made with bottom half fixed, and upper part to open
outwards. All hung on strong butts and fitted necessary
fittings (including glass).

Include matching, asbestos, plywood or S X Board, etc.

2' apart to form flat ceilings to all rooms.

Can be erected on a flat concrete bed or sleepers, dwarf
brick wall, brick piers or wooden piles, about 5' apart with
4x2" sleepers fixed width of building, so as floor boarding
runs length of building. Plans supplied free for local builders
to work from.

All buildings are made in complete sections, clearly marked,
with bolt holes bored (bolts supplied) ready for easy
re-erection. Any handy man can erect same with the aid
of two good labourers.

All buildings treated with A.M. A. Stoprot, if desired, at an
extra cost of 5%.

We are prepared to alter and amend any design or specification to suit individuals requirements
and are always pleased to submit special drawings and keen estimates for any Building in any

Foundations are not allowed for in our prices, but we should be pleased to submit our price for
this work, after viewing the site.

HEATING.

Chimneys are omitted, but we could quote you for either brick chimneys or portable stoves as
desired by you.

HEIGHTS.

All i Bungalows are 8 feet from floor to ceiling.

ERECTION.

All A.M. A. Buildings are scientifically constructed in sections, have holes correctly bored (bolts
and nuts supplied) and will fit perfectly when re-erecting on your site. Should any difficulty
arise, we are prepared to send one of our skilled men to supervise same and we shall only charge
you his 1 wages plus out of pocket expenses, such as Railway Fares, etc.
